PHOENIX -- Arizona's governor vows the state's tough new law targeting illegal immigration will be implemented with no tolerance for racial profiling, but at least two advocacy groups were preparing legal challenges and Mexico has warned that the law could affect cross-border relations.

Gov. Jan Brewer on Friday signed into law a bill that supporters said would give police more powers to deal with illegal immigration in Arizona, the nation's busiest gateway for human and drug smuggling from Mexico and home to an estimated 460,000 illegal immigrants.

"It's going to change our lives," said Emilio Almodovar, a 13-year-old American citizen from Phoenix. "We can't walk to school any more. We can't be in the streets anymore without the pigs thinking we're illegal immigrants."

HE might be an American citizen, but I'd bet his parents aren't. Where did that kind of offensive vernacular come from??

Immigration Advocates Vow to Fight Arizona Law

Immigration advocates? Talk about the Orwellian use of language. They are advocates and defenders of lawbreakers. The Left likes to blur the lines between legal and illegal immigration.

Mexico has warned that the law could affect cross-border relations.

Oh, darn, that's a shame. Maybe they'll all stay in their country in protest. Maybe Mexico could educate us about proper behavior with the way they treat their own illegal immigrants from Guatemala. Oh, wait...

Maybe all the illegals now will go back so they can protest and tear up their own country ... I guess that’ll show AZ.

Fighting this law is a wonderful political loser for the Socialists/Dems! If they win, they lose and if the lose, they lose for trying to fight it!

Go ahead and challenge the law. Your little challenges worked so well against Sheriff Joe Arpaio in the past.

You better be careful if you are camping or riding your quads out in rural AZ. The violence you see on TV is nothing compared to what you will experience if you are outnumbered and nobody is watching. Ask AZ law enforcemnt as they come clean up the mess. This law is none too soon and for many people much too late.

Prayers to expose the truth and our emenies.

Arizona is going to have to ignore legal challenges and get on with the job. It is time to tell the Federal Government and all the advocates to get the hell out of America and press on. If Arizona does this you will see a huge swing of States kicking King Obama in the ass.

In 6 months the liberals are not going to like the report coming out of Arizona that crime has dropped 80%.
