Guess what it was REPEALED!

All of this screaming about Sedition is to shut up the coming outrage over Cap and Tax. Rumor has it that you will not be able to SELL your home without meeting Green Laws now being pushed by the likes of Graham,Kerry.

Always look behind the headlines, for a Rat or Rinos REAL AGENDA.

Palmer enlisted the services of a young attorney, J. Edgar Hoover, who worked to enforce the provisions of the Espionage Act (1917) and its companion legislation, the Sedition Act (1918).
The first in a series of so-called “Palmer Raids” was launched on November 7, 1919 — the second anniversary of the October Revolution in Russia. Thousands of anarchists and communists were rounded up, many of whom were detained for long periods without being formally charged. In December, in a highly publicized move, more than 200 alien detainees were deported to Finland and later to Russia. Placed aboard the Buford, dubbed the “Soviet Ark,” were such prominent leftists as Emma Goldman, the Russian-born anarchist, who had drawn disapproval by opposing the draft and promoting birth control.

Despite finding no credible evidence that a communist plot was underway, Palmer staged more raids in January 1920. With the assistance of local law enforcement officials throughout the country, as many as 6,000 suspects were arrested and detained.

Palmer claimed to know that May 1, the socialist Labor Day, would bring massive demonstrations as a prelude to revolution. The American public was apprehensive as the date approached, but the predictions proved to be without foundation and Palmer’s standing declined rapidly. He was criticized sharply for conducting searches without warrants and for denying detainees legal representation. Most damning were the charges of some who believed that Palmer had manufactured the crisis as a means to gain the Democratic presidential nomination in 1920.

The events of 1919-1920 were the first of a series of “red scares” in American history in which the government would clamp down on real or imagined domestic revolutionaries.

..........................

I find it interesting that the ADL etc are now the modern day Wilsonites, trying to quell dissent.

Does Section 3 cover politicians like Kerry, Durbin, or the late John Murtha and others who railed against the war and President Bush?

I suspect laws like this were part of the reason we did not have a Declaration of War against iraq, al queda, etc. only resolutions.

This is a subverse propaganda attack in an attempt to shut up dissent and the truth about their agenda from coming out.

They know full well that the CONSTITUTION protects speech.

Yet they are using this pathetic and evil propaganda campaign against the American People.

Next I expect them to attack people that VOTE against DUMS in NOV.

Why is anything a surprise now. We are a communists Nation now. Watch what happens to Montana and Arizona. If you have been keeping up with those two States you will find them both crushed by King Obama and his corrupt rotten pack of criminals. Our freedom was gone many years ago, the real power is now surfaced. The entire Democratic Party are communists. Not Socialists, but hard core communists controlled by our emperor King Obama.

Ofcourse they are. And even though the practices they are NOW employing have been proven UNCONSTITUTIONAL, they velieve their POWER is what gives them the right to violate the Constitution.

This sedition thing isd pure propaganda, trying to scare the middle Americans involved in the TPM. DON’T fall for it.

Both the Espionage Act and the Sedition Act were repealed in 1921.

What a pity. We could have really cleaned up DC and the voter rolls from 2001-2008.

Pete Stark on the House floor, October 2007
“But you’re going to spend it to blow up innocent people if we can get enough kids to grow old enough for you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off for the President’s [Bush] amusement.”

President Bush’s statements shouldn’t be taken any more seriously than his lies about the war in Iraq. But the truth is that Bush just likes to blow things up. In Iraq in the United States and in Congress.

Turbin Durbin, March 2007
If I read this to you and didn’t tell you it was an FBI agent describing what Americans had done to prisoners in their control you would most certainly believe this must have happened by Nazis, Soviets in their gulags or some mad regime Pol Pot or others that had no concern for human beings. Sadly, that’s not the case. This was the action of Americans in treatment of their own prisoners.

John Eff’n Kerry calls our Troops terrorists
Kerry says American troops terrorize women and children and that they should stop...because that's the job of the Iraqi military.
Kerry also stated:
I will be a C-I-C who will NEVER mislead us into war.

From a December 2003 speech to the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR):
John Kerry, (D-Traitor)
"I have said before -- and I repeat today -- that the Bush administration should swallow its pride and reverse course. But the evidence is obviously strong that it lacks the wisdom or will to do so.

John Eff’n sKerry, 10-30-2006
"If you make an effort to be smart... you can do well; if you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq."

Then there is John “They killed innocent civilians in cold blood” al-Murthawi
And John “It’s time to bring the troops home.” al-Murthawi -- 11-05

Obama: July 19, 2007
"Here's what we know. The surge has not worked.
[Just goes to show you how much this moron knows!]

Monday, April 2, 2007 --
The White House on Sunday again admonished the San Francisco Democrat for arranging to meet Syrian President Bashar Assad, whom the administration accuses of assisting Hezbollah and Hamas militias.

"I think most Americans would not think that the leader of the Democratic Party in the Congress should be meeting with the heads of a state sponsor of terror," White House counselor Dan Bartlett said on CBS' "Face the Nation."

"I'm very supportive of what the speaker is doing," Feinstein told CNN's "Late Edition." "The time has come for members to begin to go to some of these countries and establish their own dialogue and see for themselves. ... Republicans have gone to Syria on more than one occasion.
There is no reason why this bipartisan delegation should not as well."

Tom Lantos ... agreed that Democrats were pursuing an approach to counter the Bush administration.
"We have an alternative Democratic foreign policy,"
Lantos said.

Maddy Albright -- September 22, 2003:
“I always believed Saddam has the kind of record that justifies taking action. I didn’t see Saddam as an imminent threat, which is where I parted company with them ... I think the whole thing has been mishandled.”
March 27, 2008:
“I have said that I’m afraid that Iraq is going to go down in history as the greatest disaster in American foreign policy,”

Jay Rockefeller -- November 14, 2005:
"I took a trip by myself in January of 2002 to Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria, and I told each of the heads of state that it was my view that George Bush had already made up his mind to go to war against Iraq — that that was a predetermined set course which had taken shape shortly after 9/11."

Nancy Pelosi -- June 9, 2006:
“[Zarqawi’s] death does not alter the fact that our brave men and women in uniform are fighting a war of choice in which the President sent our troops into harm’s way without a plan for victory and without leveling with the American people,”
April 7, 2006:
“One of the constants in the Bush administration’s miserable record on Iraq has been the manipulation of intelligence precisely for political purposes. That has caused our intelligence — which used to be accepted without question around the world — to be viewed with skepticism by the international community.”
September 25, 2004:
Pelosi said that Bush’s “condescension and go-it-alone policy” in a “war of choice” in Iraq has been a diversion from the real job of fighting al Qaeda and labeled the Iraq war a “grotesque mistake” that has cost the lives of over 1,000 U.S. military personnel.
May 20, 2004:
“Bush is an incompetent leader. In fact, he’s not a leader,’’
Pelosi said. “He’s a person who has no judgment, no experience and no knowledge of the subjects that he has to decide upon.’’

John Conyers calls for censuring President Bush -- December 21, 2005:
Congress must proceed “with resolutions of censure, but also a select committee to determine whether there may be offenses that rise to the level of impeachability.”

Harry Reid on April 19, 2007:
“I believe myself that the secretary of state, secretary of defense and - you have to make your own decisions as to what the president knows - (know) this war is lost and the surge is not accomplishing anything as indicated by the extreme violence in Iraq yesterday,”

Howard Dean:
“This president is not interested in being a good president. He’s interested in some complicated psychological situation that he has with his father.”

But But that was when the Fascist said things.

When middle America says the Dums are subverting the Constitution and Taxing citizens to death, THAT is Sedition.

Interesting how Dum subverting and giving aid and comfort to the enemy (prohibited by Constitution) is just spirited speech.

Yet when American Citizens demand the Constitution be followed the massive PROPAGANDA Machine kicks into gear.

On another not. The Fascist in contol now have taken over the auto industry, the banking system the healthcare industry. HOW SOON BEFORE THE TAKE OVER THER MEDIA INDUSTRY.

I know right now they are willing participants, but when they start (and they will) saying things the Zero Fascist don’t like, will he make a move to control the BIG media starting with Fox?

We could write a very large book listing all of his traitorous acts against the US, ie giving aid & comfort to our enemies.

The Cairo speech alone was a good start.
