There’s no way I could have snapped that shot. I’d have been too busy diving for cover, and then changing my shorts.
You can see the camera shake on the street signs, and the flag looks like it was moving on top of that. A little bit longer exposure (1/20-1/50 second, who knows), but whoever took it held the camera pretty well for the circumstances.
