Where is the fairness of allowing lawbreakers to stay and work here by legalizing their status while close to 3 million intending immigrants who have completed all of the paperwork and clearances remain in their home countries waiting for their turn to come up to enter—some for up to 10 years?

Correct, there’s no fairness at all in that. It’s a shame more states don’t pass a 1070 of their own.

exactly There is NO fairness in any amnesty plan I have seen IF it allows illegals to stay here under any circumstances.

Deny them jobs and services and they will go back. If they have to take an anchor or baby or 2 with them, cry me a river
