If I'm born here then I won't have a green card. And if I don't have my driver's license on me then what would they do? Release me on the condition I return with it?
If you have a driver’s license it will be in the computer~ now that most LEO have computers in their car they will likely even be able to see your picture. You may get a warning or ticket for not carrying it with you.
I’m sure you could live with the terms. Are you unable to speak English? Have no permanent address?
