You need to read the federal law that is already on the books... The AZ law just copies it for the most part.

I just watched the Hannity show tonight and they had a legal expert on to talk about the Arizona law. It appears that they can only stop you for very specific reasons such as being in a known smuggling corridor or if they pull you over and you have a lot of people in your car (don't know if there's an exact number) and things such as that. I'm feeling more secure about this law the more I hear about it.
