The Rutherford-Bohr model of the atom and the Nuclear Security Summit logo.

Objectively you could note that the Rutherford-Bohr model depicts complete orbits. The nuclear summit logo does not, leaving the observer viewing a crescent.

Also, in the nuke summit logo, why is the orbit depicted thicker in the center of it’s mass and thinner in both the leading and trailing edges, which certainly appears to accentuate the crescent shape.

Intent, or no intent isn’t going to be proven, just observations and opinions.

Just curious, but who is the offical Obummer artist?

By no stretch of the imagination is that a depiction based on the Bohr model of an atom. Stewart is obviously good at parroting, but not much else.

Folks, im not an obama defender but i am a student of physics. The nuclear summit logo looks very similar to a hydrogen atom or an ion of Helium, Lithium, etc. The missing section of the orbit is probably just for asthetic purposes.
