Today The Post & Email welcomed back Dr. James David Manning, Ph.D., to speak about the upcoming Columbia University Treason and Sedition Trial which he is conducting in Harlem, NY, from May 14-19, 2010. Dr. Manning reports that he has documented evidence that Barack Hussein Obama II is not a “natural born Citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution to be President of the United States, and that Obama also did not attend Columbia University from 1981-83 as Obama has claimed.
RONDEAU: In your most recent video, you stated that a highly-placed government official will be testifying at the trial. How did you get him to agree to testify, and will he be there in person or submitting something written?
MANNING: Right now, we are anticipating at least two government officials will testify.
RONDEAU: And are they in government now or were they past employees of the federal government?
MANNING: One is in government now, and one is a past employee.

RONDEAU: During the trial, do you expect that evidence will come out that specifically points to Obama being ineligible for the presidency, or is your evidence focused strictly on the Columbia University issue?
MANNING: The trial, at present, is being structured by me, as a prosecutor, in three phases. Phase One will demonstrate unequivocally with proof, with documentation, with statements, with a plethora of evidence that Obama is indeed not a natural born Citizen. That would be the objective, and we will have evidence that will substantiate that at least 12 different acceptable ways. From there, we will demonstrate that since he isn’t natural born, he violates the U.S. Constitution. That’s No. 1.

I more than just Obongo. It's the entire Democrat Party! This crypto-communist Party, aka Democrat Party, is intent on enslaving America. If he has the goods he better get in a real court which has some legal authority. There used to be a freeper during the Clinton years who claimed almost every week about the upcoming BOMBSHELL that would surely put Bill Clinton under the jail. It never happened or at least it has not happened yet.

Maybe we now know why Obama’s record at Columbia is non existent? Is Columbia answerable to FOIA?

Well said. Will there be any democrats elected in November? Let's hope by then people are educated enough to "throw the bums out"! The current democratic party is a real threat to the very survival of our Great Nation. Why is this not glaringly obvious to everyone?

The reason he's hiding it all is that it will:
1) show he is Constitutionally not eligible to be POTUS and Commander in Chief..thus calling into question as legal ANYTHING he signed into law, or his SCOTUS pick(s), etc.
or
2) show Sr. was not his legal father at birth...thus calling into question the altered government document posted proudly on his campaign web site...not to mention that it would expose his public life as a lie.
Good point. They could sign some "agreement" with Barry (i.e. the U.S.), and then simply not adhere to it all the while "we" are because they know he's not legit.
Sooner or later it will all come out. I’ve been to a few state fairs and revivals and it’s going to take a whole lot more before I believe ANYTHING this POS president has to say.

Lets not get too excited - this is not a real trial. It is a publicity event by Manning. While he may very well be on the right track, there is no direct legal authority in any of these “proceedings”.
No one with any real weight will pay attention to this, and it won’t make any difference. Which is a shame, since the duly elected officials and judicial system don’t want to address this.
Jes supposin’ that they somehow manage to squeak out a conviction at this hearing...are they going to appoint Sheriff Joe Arpaio as a special marshall to execute an arrest warrant?
At the bare MINIMUM - Obama is hiding something astoundingly HUGE and damning. Something that would make him blatantly not qualified - and maybe even put in prison. The flip-side is that he really was born in a foreign country and is not eligible to be POTUS. I’m not sure which is worse.
But none of this even matters because the system we have doesn’t have the backbone to actually address this. Even if something were to finally worm its way into a real courtroom - it will be long after this liar-in-chief is long gone out of office and the damage has been done.
Around these parts - even candidates for state offices have their entire background aired for everyone to see. How much more so should someone who is looking to run the free (or formerly free as some might say) world? WE knew about GW’s troubles with alcohol. We knew his school records. We knew his employment history. We don’t know any of this about the current president. How could this happen?
Oh - I know. Because any real investigation into who Barrack Hussein Obama really is is RACIST.

What authority does Dr. Manning have to subpoena Dr. Rice?What it is is looney tunes. I just hope for his sake he's doing it for the money and not because he thinks it's going to accomplish anything.Or any of these people? Isn't this happening at his church? As much as I like the Rev and want this to be real...I gotta say, I don't know what this is...
