This is certainly disconcerting, but I wouldn’t entirely trust The Hill not to twist it.

What Rubio seems to be saying is that the law will be unfortunate if it results in harrassment of legal immigrants.

In any case, Rubio is a whole lot better than Crist, on this issue and every other issue.

It would be very helpful if we had a few conservative Hispanics saying that we need to distinguish between legal hispanic citizens and illegal aliens. The Republican Party has really missed the boat in not making that clear.

Rubio lost my vote. He is Mel AMNESTY Martinez 2. Another Bush put up job. The Bushes pushed Bill McCollum (a good man) aside for Martinez to run.

Why did Mel quit? Connections to drug cartels? We were never told. Mel was big on amnesty.

If Crist comes out vowing to never vote for amnesty - I will vote for him. I no longer trust Rubbio - he is a Bush/amnesty puppet.

I don’t understand why they don’t just make that difference clear. The American people have no problem understanding the difference in polling I’ve seen.
