You should read the constitution and learn the actual definition of treason. It’s the only defined crime in it.

We’re not at war with the drug cartels, gangs, smugglers and the ensuing invasion? Just because our government lacks the intestinal fortitude to call it what it is doesn’t mean it’s not a war. It’s a war every night for me, living here at the border.

No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act or on Confession in open Court.
Looks like she committed treason. Giving Aid and Comfort to the enemies of the US. Everyone who aids an illegal alien commits treason and we need to start prosecuting them.
