Seems the Repubs learned the lesson from HCR. Ole Hairy had conned them into voting to bring the HCR Bill up for DEBATE then he claimed THAT vote was for Passage.
Hairy is making the same call. Maybe Repubs and Nelson have figured out DUMs LIE.
