A few days later, Gibbs said at one of his briefings, “This is the most transparent administration in the history of our country.” Peals of laughter broke out in the briefing room. Reporters say the White House is thin-skinned, controlling, eager to go over their heads and stingy with even basic information. Except toward a few reporters, press secretary Robert Gibbs can be distant and difficult to reach — even though his job is to be one of the main conduits from president to press. “It’s an odd White House where it’s easier to get the White House chief of staff on the phone than the White House press secretary,” one top reporter said.

Is “down” really “up”? Ghetto speak? Like something really good is “sick”?

How many "journalists" or reporters are investigating potential wrong doing of the Zero administration?

Zero - like the President they helped elect

Give me a BREAK!

All Obama gets is glowing praise from the media. They cover and spin everything he does.

That said - the administration HAS treated them like garbage.

But that hasn’t turned the media against him at all. In fact, it seems to make them like him more.

“Most of you covered me. All of you voted for me,” Obama joked last year at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner.

Not funny at all. Pompous horses ass.

What a bunch of BS this article is. If Obama asks the press corps to jump they will ask how high.

When the press decides to ferret out and interview Obama’s college drug dealer, THEN I’ll believe that they’ve turned on him.

This column is complete horse manure.
In early 2012 the nation’s “mainstream” Democrat newsrooms will begin their reelection campaign in earnest. They will once again lie, spin, and do everything possible (and impossible) to get their man reelected. Count on it like the sun coming up in the east.

Interesting article.

I think he’s playing the press just right. It’s surprising that they’d take this kind of crap, but apparently Obama’s team knows just how to push their buttons.

They end up whining, but you don’t see any of them doing anything about it.

After the election, I thought maybe they’s sort of lord there help over Obama. But instead he was able to p|ss right in their faces. And incredibly they took it! And still are!

Moral of the story? Somewhere deep inside, people who are not very bright actually know that about themselves. They can be bullied pretty easily.

Poitico once again pushing the left’s talking points. The media has always been 100% for Obama, and any pretense to the contrary is just “show” for the unwashed masses.

Sooner or later, a complete lack of character, integrity, honesty, competance and overall bad behavior come back to bite you.

But how much you wanna bet every one of these disgruntled reporters would vote for Obama again?

The dishonor here is a two way street.

“A few days later, Gibbs said at one of his briefings, “This is the most transparent administration in the history of our country.”

Peals of laughter broke out in the briefing room.”

...that’s a good sign.
~~~~~~~~~~~
“Much of the criticism is off the record, both out of fear of retaliation and from worry about appearing whiny. But those views were voiced by a cross section of the television, newspaper and magazine journalists who cover the White House.”
“worry about appearing whiny”??? think not. RETALIATION!
From the article:
“Clemons’s post on his findings, “Communications Corruption at the White House,” was harsh, particularly coming from a policy wonk who tends to agree with most of Obama’s stances. “
Communications Corruption at the White House
~~~~~~~~

Looks like the print stenographers may be crawling out of their self-induced coma, but the TV parrots still cherish their role as pets of the fascist regime, content to dine on cheap morsels of White House talking points.
