I have three Mexican cookbooks. Making it myself, well, it never tastes as good as what is available in family-run Mexican restaurants. But some things not authentically Mexican, like tamale pie, though time consuming, are still successful and pass muster.

This didn't happen to be a Mexican rest. nor do they cook any Mexican dishes.

We live in the Austin, TX. area and have many really good Mexican places to eat. If this happens at any of these, I will go on a vendetta to have them investigated. I will use the Nanny-state in liberal Travis county to serve my wrath.
