Do you think CA should take AZ's tough stance on illegal immigration? - (Poll)

Do you think California should take Arizona's tough stance on illegal immigration? VOTE!

From Side Bar Article: Republican Rep. Debbie Riddle (TX) says if the federal government did its job "Arizona wouldn't have to take this action, and neither would Texas."

Democrats say such legislation is misguided and predict it will hurt the GOP politically.

The station said they contacted California representatives but they did not respond (sounds like the California representives are ducking the question).

95.8% ... methinks they will pull the poll soon — this is NOT the kind of outcome the Leftie medjia types want to publicize.

Thus, the reason we use screenshots (See post #29).

The other local channel ran a story on Arizona law that made it look like the entire world was against Arizona. Not a single interview with anyone supporting the measure (perhaps that's good because they did not pick out a nut case).

They also did not mention once the need to secure the border. You would have thought everyone is for a border-less country.

Very important in my view to focus strongly on control the border with a serious effort. Not drones and electronic surveillance but hardened borders. If that is not a focused push, nothing it going to come of the Arizona law.

Yes for Tought stand for Calif.

But here are the problems.
CAlifornia is around 3 times to size of Arizona

The population of Arizona is around 6.5 million

The population of California is around 37 million.

Just San Diego county, Orange County & LA Co. in the
southern part are over 16 million.

San Diego County is the size of the state of Connecticut.

The S.D. border is 60 miles wide with Mexico

Arizona being smaller in size and population
has an easier situation.

Yep. How many Californians just gave up on things getting better after that? I know I was demoralized for a long time.

Yes, Prop. 187 by our former Mayor, Pete Wilson of San Diego and later Sen. and Gov.
pushed prop. 187 to stop welfare to illegals.
He was treated like crap and the Mexicans marched in the streets.
This was many years ago.

The fix was in. The Fed gov working in concert with their state government co-conspirators, burned our ballots and declared the free election illegal.

Just like every other poll that didn’t produce desired results.

In the meantime, people, including them, will see it.

the Mexicans marched in the streets.

It didn't come close to the millions of illegals that marched in the streets during the BUSH administration...All while Bush was celebrating Cinco De Mayo up in the White House.

People need to get up to date...

Your fed gov rolled out the red carpet for tens of millions of illegals, while forcing you to subsidize this epic violent invasion...

Pouring up to 30 million into the country, all but undermined and compromised our entire system, including our electoral process.

We can only hope this Arizona event is just the beginning in the war to take back America.

Good question...

But on the other hand, they seem to be doing pretty well without a rally...

But I agree, everyone needs to get behind this, and take names of the traitors who are attempting to undermine this Arizona bill.
