Yes, it is time for CA to face reality too, and so something constructive to reverse the process of disintegration by first stabilizing an out of control situation of historic proportion. The barbarians will uprise, of course, and that will have to be dealt with by the state. San Francisco will have to competently prove that it has really seceeded from CA as well as the US, and then will need to establish relations with foreign allies quickly to actually avoid the State of CA bringing it back into line. Sanctuary cities have always been secessionist movements and should cease to exist.
The current establishment in WA, DC seem to have no interest in maintaining the integrity of the Union.
