It is a response to your post #52. The topic of this thread is Federalist #15, the deficiencies of the Articles of Confederation. No one has offered any solutions because there aren’t any.
OK! I’ll offer one!
Let’s find the specific articles in the new Constitution which address the deficiencies of the articles and them offer and adopt them as amendments to the articles!
Those in attendance at Philadelphia, at least the majority of them, came to believe that it was easier to write a NEW Constitution than to fix the Articles by amendment. I personally do not disagree with that assessment on their parts but that is not the same thing as saying that they could not have followed the later course!
