Jose Armenta, a 33-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico's western coast, is already planning to move to Utah within the next 20 days because of a combination of the economy and the new law. Utah is considering the same law, as is Minnesota and Ohio; though Ohio will probably have to wait till next year when Kasich is Governor.
