There is clear evidence he either lied in his questioning with the FBI, or he lied in his public statements... Question...was he "under oath" at any of those occasions? Sleazy lawyers know all the angles ya know!

A “Lecturer” is a waterboy...a bench warmer in the NFL.
There was an article posted here last month that contained interviews with 2 professors at U of C. Both said his work was shoddy, and that he was lazy.
Don’t kill the messenger! I just wanted to check and see what the Law School itself had to say and that’s what they said.
A senior lecturer is not the same as a lecturer just as a tenured full Professor is not the same as a tenure track Assistant Professor.

the Constitution affords the President temporary immunity from civil damages litigation arising out of events that occurred before he took office—cannot be sustained on the basis of precedent. With Obama the events took place before he took office. If he has information(which he clearly does) about the case and Blago's freedom is at issue, he will be compelled to testify.
