FYI:

"Some bloggers are questioning John McCain's right to run for the presidency on the basis of his birth in the Panama Canal Zone. They have produced "evidence" showing that that the hospital where the Arizona senator says he was born was not built until 1941--five years after McCain's birth. A review of the archival record shows that there was a small hospital at the Coco Solo submarine base in 1936 and also reveals the name of the U.S. Navy physician who signed McCain's birth certificate."

Small hospital (what a quack of a name) = dispensary which every community in the Canal Zone and military had. They were not built for delivering babies. They were built to treat things like the common cold, etc., to avoid clogging up the emergency room.

So now the dispensary at Coco Solo was renamed “small hospital.” Gads...How they play with words.

Anybody can come up with a U.S. Navy physician’s name who supposedly signed McCain’s birth certificate. Even Obama does this every day. Can anyone identify him? Of course not. Who’s ever name they used is either dead or never existed.

On the other hand, there is an important name on McCain’s Canal Zone CoLB that I recognized. I went to school with him.
