Guess the I-40 interstate through TN has opened back up...or is it shut down in some places still? Anyone know?
I see in the article it mentions sections between Nashville and Memphis being blocked. Guess I was wondering if the interstate itself has been damaged. I might be traveling through around the middle of May.
