I saw the Japanese long lens video. Yes. Kim Jong il WAS limping tonight.
Also noted his limousine (black stretch Mercedes), with same Chinese blue license plates I mentioned in another post, leaving the Dalian Furama Hotel at precisely 1900 hours local this evening, headed, with Kim aboard, to another major Chinese Hotel across town for a dinner with Chinese guests. This car had two SP in the front and two SP in the back, trailing on foot until it got up to about 5 kpm, then they broke off. Japanese TV with long lenses got a good shot from a rooftop of his movements. I imagine they got the images, broken down their equipment, and then got the living hell out of their quick before the PRC police found them and expelled them. Good job Japarazzi!!
The preponderence of thought is that Kim Jong un, heir apparant, is NOT with him on this trip, for a variety of reasons. I would case "Fishlips" is with the Chia Head, though.

Best Japanese video report streaming (JNN Network) on Kim Jong il in a link on the page below, including the a) limping; b) receding hairline; c) female assistant walking close to him; d) DPRK SP executive protection around him / with Kim Jong il badges on; e) type of vehicle he moved about Dalian in; f) footage of his train entering China from NK very early this morning; and g) analysis as to why he went to Dalian of all places.

Good clip by FNN Network also at THIS link as well, including a good view of Kim's motorcade, and of all things, a DALIAN CITY AMBULANCE following Kim Jong il's stretch limo.
Confirmation he had dinner with 王家瑞対外連絡部長 from the Communist Party China side (main window for foreign VIPs), as well as others. Clip showed the Chia post-stroke limp pretty good. HERE, FUJI NEWS NETWORK
