The problem here is Chevy Chase.

Morals and “quality values” is something of anathema there.

looks liketime elapsed between his beating her and her dying,,i.e. the eye swollen shut. So if an accident,he did not call for help but spent his time getting her computer to hide emails.

He was probably drinking and maybe drugging but he deserves the strongest penalty. He was huge, she was tiny. He killed her with his bare hands. That takes a really bad person.j

And school has nadda to do with this. What a kid turns out to be is not far from his biological tree,his family. Schools don’t create this kind of man.
