I'm sorry but while what you say is true on one level we as nation pay serious money for federal agency's to do that very thing. In fact we have serious regulation on these companies and level serious taxes them for the privilege to be regulated. Something is very screwy with this entire thing, there were emergency plans in place to handle this type of accident. I hear no one in the media asking the question about how this got to this point with some government agency taking control, that is why they are there.
