The number of weapons is secondary in importance to the number of delivery systems. A nuke in a bunker is no good if it is your own bunker. A US nuke in a bunker in Iran is good.
A U.S. nuke in an Iranian bunker will never happen.
Iran may give the U.S. a demonstration of how a nuke works though.
