However, the naif in the White House thinks that revealing how many warheads we have is going to do anything to encourage people to reduce their stockpiles.
It’s only going to get the enemy excited as to the possibilites. It’s all games being plaid here. Strange ones but definitely visible ones making us weaker and more insecure moraly speaking, losing the perception game.
