Is anyone asking the question, "How did this guy actually make it onto a plane?"

There seems to be AMPLE room for criticism that our own INS & Homeland Security allowed a guy to get past security, and onto a plane - a plane that had already began to taxi to the runway. Wasn't this guy placed on any kind of no-fly list? Isn't there any flagging of passports or credit cards? Are we to believe that a guy who put together a bomb right out of a Wily Coyote cartoon had access to a phony passport, or something?

These are questions that I HOPE will be asked of Eric Holder, Janet Napalitano and Barack Obama.

Is anyone asking the question, "How did this guy actually make it onto a plane?" I read on another thread that in fact they "allow" the guy to get on a plane to see who he starts talking to, etc.
