The question needs to be asked: What exactly is Organizing for America (OFA) actually organizing for America?

Answer: Whatever America’s first Marxist president wants.

Organizing for America is a phony grassroots campaign organization run by the Democratic National Committee that proposes to replicate the community organizing techniques Barack Obama learned from the teachings of his fellow Chicagoan, Saul Alinsky. (This is a problem in part because community organizing is local in nature. If it goes national, it’s something else.)

Plouffe said

Obviously there’s a big debate right now in Washington around financial reform to make sure that we’re putting the American people and consumers first, not the big banks on Wall Street and to make sure that all of us, this is a global recession that’s affected people deeply in this country and around the world, never happens again and I know so many of you are out there fighting on this issue now and hopefully very soon we will be able to report to the American people that we passed meaningful financial reform.
