" If my expectation is that my drive in to my office in Fort Worth, on what we call the free roads, is going to be like it used to be – that we are going to return to 1968, when the government built all the roads for free – I'm going to be really disappointed."

This guy is a clown. Roads never were "free". I just wish the spectre of toll roads would go away, but with companies like Cintra lobbyong for "their share", I can't see it happening.

Nice roads ain’t cheap. The way things are growing there an adequate highway system is a must. Toll roads are are a fair system.

The planners at the Texas D.O.T. are total idiots. Since the mid 80’s they have lost the meaning of “Through Traffic” and thus continue to build greater bottle necks...their specialty.
