Actually it is. Shahzad was arraigned on charges of terrorism, and WMD charges (don’t expect that to be published in a paper like the LA Times though — ESPECIALLY because they’d have to acknowledge that WMD does not JUST mean biological weapons, aka Bush DIDN’T LIE).
