After concentrating for some time I have come to the conclusion that the last NBA game I paid to attend was in the mid-1970’s at the Arena in Milwaukee. I’m sure I wouldn’t even believe the ticket prices today, because I certainly do not believe the salaries. I don’t even linger on the games on TNT or whatever channel they are on. Yes, I don’t fit the demographic (being white, over 50, three degrees, never a basketball player by any measure.) So, little provocation was necessary to get me to swear never to attend another NBA game, and this sufficed.

The NBA is such a league of thugs and otherwise overpriced “talent” that I don’t watch or attend.

The NCAA is quite sufficient as far as basketball is concerned. :-)
