And the General who won that battle was born in Texas which in 1862 was no longer a part of Mexico.

My buddy used to have a Cinco de Mayo party in his back yard every spring.

We are not Mexican it was just an excuse to get sh!tfaced on Tecate and Tequilla.
Nowadays we just celebrate Octoberfest in the woods.
