I'm 63... All I have to say is...baby boomers. while you served, they sowed. You came back to the land and are reaping the harvest. It is a shallow and weeded harvest.

Yes, I'm damn tired. But I'm also glad to be 63. Because, mostly, I'm not going to have to see the world these people are making. I'm just sorry for my granddaughter.Well, I'm closing on 59 and I'm not tired but I am damn well pissed off about the debt being heaped on my grandchildren and their children.

Mr. Hall, thank you very much for putting into words exactly how I feel. I am 57, and I am tired as well.

I hope that on election day, Robert Hall (are you Mr. Hall?) will be glad that the American people voted the way they did.

I'm tired of being called ‘racist’ every time meet a Black who happens to be an asshole, and I happen to say, ‘hey, that guy is an asshole.
I'm tired of being led by the nose into supporting horrible, antiChrist, deviant, idiotic crap by two percent of the population.
I'm tired of what America has become. In my youth, the entire world was different. Things were defined by rational thought. Now we have Hispanics rioting for their right not to have to obey the law. And millions of Americans support that. Why should their be any laws? And why should illegals have to obey them?
I don't know what's going on. But it ain't good. I see bumpy roads ahead.

I'm 63. Except for one semester in college when jobs were scarce and a six-month period when I was between jobs, but job-hunting every day, I've worked, hard, since I was 18. Despite some health challenges, I still put in 50-hour weeks, and haven't called in sick in seven or eight years. I make a good salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, there's no retirement in sight, and I'm tired. Very tired.
I'm not in my 60s, but I've been working part-time or full-time since I was 15. Why is this even worth mentioning? I plan to work, be productive and keep my mind engaged until the day I die - retirement (not vacations) seems frighteningly empty of purpose.
