Today – it was about Robo-calls.
You know. Those pre-recorded calls you get a ton of around election time?
Chuck DeVore came unscrewed today – I think because two Major Pro-Life Groups Endorsed Carly – but he used the occasion of the Robo-Calls to level his latest accusation.
Oh Gheez. Chuck DeVore took to twitter to accuse Carly Fiorina of making “illegal” Robo-Calls. (By the way, according to sources, the Robo-Calls were messages from 90+% CRA Rated Conservative Diane Harkey announcing her endorsement of Carly. Harkey’s Assembly District neighbors DeVore’s – what does she know that we don’t?)
Illegal.
Carly’s Campaign had something to say about that:
“These calls are perfectly legal. I guess Chuck DeVore’s understanding of this law matches his understanding of the prohibition on the use of taxpayer dollars to fund campaigns.” (See also Josh Trevino et. al.)
Translation – shut up and campaign… which is hard for DeVore to do as he lacks the funds to walk and chew gum at the same time.
Strange article. Wonder what the writer’s motivation might be?
I support Chuck DeVore for senator. I’m a California voter (a legal one!) and I hope that Chuck goes to Washington to join DeMint and Rubio.
Chuck DeVore is w/o a doubt the best conservative candidate. Too bad he can’t make a the move to take out the RINOs.
The only logical reason to support Carly over Chuck would be to defeat Campbell. Although he has a record of being pro Islam and antisemitic, he has conned his way into the position of being “the one to beat Boxer.”
Do the research on Campbell yourself, in particular see articles by Jennifer Rubin and David Horowitz (Frontpage, Newsreal).
If Campbell gets the GOP nomination, a lot of us would prefer the horrible Boxer as long as she continues to support Israel.
Yea I just found this site and it seems to be pretty good. I was trying to do some research on down ticket candidates when I found it. It does look like many of the social conservatives have decided that Chuck can’t win so they are trying to keep Campbell out.
The Conservative vote just got split in Indiana yesterday and Coates won with 40%. There is voting for the better candidate and also voting against the 3rd candidate winning. I Don’t have all the answers.
If she endorsed that bitch, I’ll vote against her for the Assembly!!!!
Chuck DeVore is one of the most honest principled politicians in CA. He didn’t as Carly did recently say there was a “racist tone” to the immigration debate. If Carly didn’t have her own money to fund this race she would still be a failed HP executive. Given the money she has spent she should be well ahead when recent polls have shown her on the verge of falling to third place. If shed ran a real hard hitting ad against Campbell shed probably be ahead instead she wasted her money.
Her remark about the “racist tone” did it for me. It tells me she doesn’t know us or respect us and she doesn’t get the immigration issue at all.
I can be insulted by Democrats. I don’t have to put up with it from supposed Repubs. No more McCains.
I’ll support Chuck DeVore.
Wow this is all they can get on Chuck? Boxer is in more trouble then I thought... My advice to Chuck is bring it all up on her. Banking scandal. What has she done for California in the last 18 years? Bounce Boxer.
