It tells me they think Lakin might get discovery. Either that or they’re hedging their bets.
It also tells me that they are the venomous scum we all knew they were, and that normal people living their lives will also be casualties if we fail to regain the rule of law from these communist a-holes.

Brit’s son, Sandy Hume, was not murdered. He committed suicide at home.
I think a better question would be directed to the sites “reporting” this; ask them where they got their information.
There is a history of cancer and multiple sclerosis in his family.

Vince Foster committed suicide too. And only after he was dead did he drive his vehicle to Ft Marcy Park while the cops were investigating the blood that flowed uphill and photographed the black gun that his wife said was his silver gun...

I believe Lakin’s lawyer is Margaret Hemenway and her father-in-law is the John Hemenway who brought forth the Hollister case.
One thing to note, Attny Hemenway is NOT representing LTC Lakin. Allegedly, he even tried to dissuade Lakin from going this route.
The legal filing facts are wrong. Hemenway, the fatherm is NOT the attorney for Col. Lakin, and he did not file a Quo Warranto on his behalf. He represents Col. Hollister in another eligibility case.

Key witness in passport fraud case fatally shot
A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday.
Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department’s Criminal Investigations Division.
Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car.
Emergency medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
City police said they do not know whether his death was a direct result of his cooperation with federal investigators.
“We don’t have any information right now that connects his murder to that case,” Cmdr. Anzallo said.
Police say a “shot spotter” device helped an officer locate Lt. Harris.
A State Department spokeswoman yesterday declined to comment, saying the investigation into the passport fraud is ongoing.
The Washington Times reported April 5 that contractors for the State Department had improperly accessed passport information for presidential candidates Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain, which resulted in a series of firings that reached into the agency’s top ranks.
One agency employee, who was not identified in documents filed in U.S. District Court, was implicated in a credit-card fraud scheme after Lt. Harris told federal authorities he obtained “passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State.”
It is LCT Lakin, the guy that is refusing orders to deploy to Afghanistan because he feels BHO is not an NBC. Hemingway is representing LTC Lakin. Hemingway, as you can see, is already trying to bring the Prez down. So there seems to be a message being sent here....

Her father, John Hemenway was asked by Berg to be the sponsor for the Hollister case in the D.C. district court since Berg was not admitted (at that time) to practice in that jurisdiction.
Is it generally considered safe there?
Well this source is from American Grand Jury, these guys all are in the same circle, so I don’t doubt that this is true.
