Obama, visibly surprised by the little girl’s intelligence, thinks about it for a second and finally says, “Hmmm, I have no idea.”
To which the little girl replies, “Do you really feel qualified to change America when you don’t know shit?”

It's not the actions, words or results, folks! It's the goal, real or imagined, that liberals care about. It's how that person makes the liberal feel.
If a liberal is convinced, and most of them are, that Barack Obama is "trying to do something good", then what he actually does is entirely, completely and utterly irrelevant. Such details are ignored or quickly forgotten.
It's the reason why Che Guevera is honored. It's why American servicemen have been disparaged.
Once a leftist's mind is made up about whether or not your goals match his, then the brain shuts off and the eyes go dark. The judgment has been struck. He knows how he feels about it and nothing else matters.
