Low skilled workers are doomed. No skills no job.
Low skills are the result of personal laziness and a choice not to be educated.
Somewhat of an elitist eh? The media considers anyone that works a blue collar job to be a low-skilled worker even though many blue collar workers are highly skilled. Many truly low-skilled workers are simply young- have not had time to build skills- high school and college age workers. Were you born a highly skilled worker?
There was always a place in America for those who did not wish to go to college or be trapped in an office. Many started off in entry level jobs in agriculture, construction, and the service industries- then worked their way up to management and even business ownership. There were the important first jobs for high school and college students that helped them build work ethic for future jobs. Then our government decided to look the other way when illegals began to pour into this country and take those entry level jobs for low-skilled workers. Low skilled workers will always exist, and have contributed greatly to our country. We have a choice- we can support them by getting rid of all the ILLEGAL labor in this country or we can support them through social programs when there are no jobs for them.
