This is a primary, not the general election and Devore is still his roughly consistent, 20 points behind, while Fiorina is about 4 to 7 points behind the proabortion/gay marriage Tom Campbell, besides, Devore does worse in the general anyway, so I don't know why you would claim the opposite.
