How many people on this very site have already entered into an agreement with friends or colleagues already in this manner? I know I have planned what to do IF and WHEN the SHTF. Is that now definition of a crime? Under this definition, why isn't the President of Iran arrested. He has shown an agreement among the rulers of Iran to create death and destruction of a sovereign country, Israel AND the US.
