Free trade. It’s highly unlikely that this will happen now...unless it benefits Chavez in some way. But since he has destroyed his country’s economy, I don’t think he has much to trade. Just a taste of things to come for us.
I think the promises are empty, always were ... It was all Obama-Speak.
