It’s not Gender Neutral. It would fine my mother $2,500 and put her in jail if she complained about a guy in a dress taking a leak in the next stall. Tisei is not interested in the concerns of women over the perceived right for the delusional to use the Ladies Room. He told her “well, they have to go somewhere”. Women are therefore Second Class Citizens in the Ladies Room.

While we're on the subject, years ago my kid sister attended UMass for a couple of semesters after they'd instituted co-ed rest rooms.

She said she suffered from near fatal constipation until she hit upon the solution of wearing her roommate's shoes when she used the facilities.

She also tranferred out as soon as she could...:-)
