Correct. SCOTUS isn’t intended to resemble America.

But they must be able to empathize with a single mother, etc.

Protestants make up 70 percent of America’s population. Are you trying to tell me that there are no Protestants who are qualified to be Supreme Court Justices, from that 70 percent? What is unconstitutional, is the religious profiling that is excluding Protestants from the Supreme Court.
