What a farce. At least WHR had some EXPERIENCE IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR as a lawyer.
Elena Kagan's experience? Academia. Big effing deal.
She, like Obama, has limited REAL WORLD experience, and THAT is a crucial factor. She may be GREAT at pushing papers, books, and pencils around a desk, but gettin' out there and MAKIN' a living like Rehnquist?
