From what I’m reading, Bellaire sounds like a nice place - upper class from what I see.
Yes, It's an excellent place to live...
I live very close to Bellaire. It is an incorporated municipality with it's own services, but it is completely surrounded by the City of Houston. There are no or few apartments there, and the homes are super nice by Texas standards (They have zoning! Gasp!).
If I had known that Anal X was gonna be there, I'd have taken a half day and counter protested. Although he is a black pride/black nationalist type, he has an asian wife and tries very hard to hide that fact. His mom lives in a gated condo community near highway 288, and when an acquaintance of mine moved there and had a housewarming party, Quannel offered to provide security so as to keep unwanted folks out of the complex during the event. I thought that was wvery odd.
