(CNSNews.com) - A former Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer, who prosecuted terrorists in front of military commissions at Guantanamo Bay, says Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan displayed poor judgment as dean of Harvard Law School.

“Her decision to keep JAG recruiters off of Harvard Law School grounds, and to not allow them to come to Harvard and talk to law students about joining the JAG Corps, was wrong,” said Prof. Kyndra Rotunda, author of the book “Honor Bound: Inside the Guantanamo Trials.”

well, of course she did. Of course she ignored the law. She has no need to use for laws. She can make her own. Just like Obama. She’s perfectly empowered.

She can do anything she wants, since she’s perfectly politically correct in so many different ways.

she used her position at Harvard to advance her homosexual agenda.
she is a homsoexual activist and therefore she should not be appointed or voted in.

The question which needs to be asked is
“you banned military recruiters onto Harvard because of your belief about don’t ask, now how on earth can you after doing this be fair when a homosexual case comes before you?”

She cannot and she has shown this and therefore she should drop out right away.

She will use the courts like she did at Harvard as a position to be more of a homosexual activist than a person who follows the law

Get with the program, silly. The LAW is whatever Kagan says it is.

“Decided not to follow the law?!”

Oh, great. JUST what we want in a Supreme Court justice, who will apply that same dedication to interpreting the Constitution.

I think she’s a plant to distract us from whomever is waiting in the wings...

The question which needs to be asked is...

How can you accept appointment to a judicial position (ANY of them, much less the highest in the country) when you have willfully flouted the law which required JAG officers to be allowed on campus since Harvard accepts taxpayer money, covered up for academic plagiarism on behalf of TWO Harvard law professors during your tenure as Dean of the law school, and publicly professed a love for the tenants of Socialism which are directly at odds with the Constitution you're to be defending?

Ok, maybe that's three questions.

We need steady, sober-minded and balanced individuals with REAL experience to fill our highest court. The homosexual community is rife with emotionally unbalanced individuals who rarely play "by the rules" or make consistently sound judgements... in any sector of our society. JMHO

Wonder what other laws she’ll “decide not to follow”?

I didn’t know we could just pick and choose like that. I guess that’s what the illegals are doing already.

Kegan is an Affirmative Action, half-witted, inexperienced, leftist loon. We don’t need another one.

Yeah, so? This makes her a prime candidate to the Obama supporting voter. So she doesn’t honor the laws of our nation. That’s the best thing you can say about a candidate these days, according to the leftists.

We all know she’s a stealth socialist/lesbian activist. How do we force Orrin Hatch and other “noblesse oblige” RINOS on the Senate Judicial Committee to grow a pair instead of giving us the usual double-talk? I’ll never forget the Demo/socialist assault on Judge Bork. Where are Republicans with the same street-fighting moves?

The Marlboro Man is not available as he does not have a law degree and thusly will not be considered.
