Even my Polish friends I correspond with in Warsaw believe this was just an unfortunate accident. If the Russians wanted to assassinate these Polish people there are far less conspicuous ways to do it then shooting down a plane with a a foreign leader's President aboard as it lands in your country. This notion that Russians downed the plane is as absurd as the 9/11 conspiracy theories.
Anyway, who in thier right mind suspected anything but foul play when they first heard of this? Just like when we all learned of the second plane hitting the Twin Towers, we all knew...even when Dan Rather said we couldn't know...

Russian killers just happened to be exactly where the plane crashed. They were able to position themselves so as to not get hit by the crashing plane: What a plan!!! Ridiculous.
The sounds did NOT sound like gunshots to me.
I was reading a You Tube blog from a Polish site. They said some of the voices they heard prior to the gunshots were in Polish. Highly suspicious that the Russians did shoot some survivors from that video.

It has been reported that the video-taker was shot in a random robbery, he survived and was taken to the hospital and then was killed by 3 people who entered his room.
The Russian government has claimed it is all a coincidence.
The plane cartwheeled like Sioux City there were survivors in that crash to. All depends on where you are and where the plane breaks into sections if you escape the fire you could live.

well, for one simple thing, there’s a great deal more reason to suspect the Russians of such a thing — think polonium, for instance — than to entertain a 911 conspiracy “theory.”
