The antics of liberal columnist Tom Moran (and the anti-Christie curmudgeon Paul Mulshine Moonshine) are topics of regular discussion here at Save Jersey. Until now, however, no one else has had the intestinal fortitude to put them in their place except for your beloved and revered Blogger-in-Chief.

Well done! I don’t know much about this guy, but that moment was nice.

Very “refreshing”, indeed.

Can all the Republican wimp voters put more men, who are capable of lots of moments like this, in power? I certainly hope so.

If not, we ARE all socialists now—or worse.

Boy do we ever need fighters right now.

The only problem I have with this guy is he is not for the 2nd amendment.

Maybe some of Jersey's Freepers can speak to that but I have noticed some leftists bemoaning the fact Christie went pro life and pro gun after getting elected. Me, I dunno...

It's people like Christy and Palin that give me hope for our country. The hope that there still are sane people out there that actually want to serve with dignity, honor, clarity, and sometimes a big stick.

You can't get more transparent than Christy telling you this is what you got when the people of New Jersey put me here! Love it!

I can understand great frustration, as I am unemployed myself. But labeling your new Gov. as a “Hoover” is, I think, not fair.

You have to keep in mind that the changes Christie is making will make (my birthstate of) New Jersey much more attractive to employers, and hence - in time, in frustrating time - make more jobs available to the honest, educated, and hard-working.

The axe often falls in a way that makes no sense, with the stupid & corrupt keeping their jobs, and the good & hardworking losing theirs. All I can tell you, is what I tell myself: hang in there, (in the case of New Jersey, not CA) help is on the way.

If he is pro life and pro gun; he would make a fine POTUS.

Much, much better than that loser in the WH now.

He’ll be a better 2012 Candidate than Chamber of Commerce/Big Business lackey Mitt Romney.

Though, his weight problem might be a turnoff for women voters, who voted for Obama 70-29. On the other hand, he could play up his ‘Big and Dominant’ image with an anti-corruption platform.

And before the election Freepers were aghast that a “RINO” might beat Corzine.
