AZ is absolutely beautiful. Especially all the sights in the north. You won’t be disappointed.

Just curious, but does Los Asses have any sort of boycott on the Islamic Republic of Iran?

I’m from L.A. and plan to move to TX, but TX now looks more like San Fran.

Try this: it’s when Paul from DEATH WISH visits Arizona and the AZ guy laughs at liberals..yes, LIBERALS is actually mentioned in the movie.

No, because they’ll burn up the lines from BC and refuse to pay the negotiated price AGAIN!

LA can eat crow. Avoid taxes, work on black market and send all the illegals to LA for free care.

Screw LA and the Suns!

You really don't know too much about basketball, do you? ;-)

The L.A. team is the Lakers.

“In fact I won’t be buying any produce fruit nuts or anything else made or grown in California!”

Right! Boycott the nuts in California!

Seriously, is there a boycott CA movement afoot? Or at least boycott dingy LA and SF? The idiotic leadership in that state is already bankrupting itself and now wants to try to ‘throw’ its bankrupt weight around against AZ.

MORONS.

“Someone wrote that the LA boycott could cost Arizona 7 million dollars...

Liberals are fleeing Arizona.
Illegals are fleeing Arizona.
Dopers and drug dealers are fleeing Arizona.
Politically correct types are fleeing Arizona.”
+++++++++++++

That’s probly worth $700 million, at least! Good riddance to you and your money City of LA, and your pathetic moralizing - earned off the backs of hard working citizens.

Say LA, why don’t you moralize about the federal laws that AZ is enforcing? Why don’t you moralize against DC, which is sworn to enforce the federal laws, that AZ’s law is enforcing? Why don’t you moralize against your god MAObama, who is sworn to uphold federal law, that AZ’s law is enforcing.

MORONS.

That's the same argument I brought up about charter schools. The left was wringing their collective hands bemoaning the lost revenue for "the children," when of course they wouldn't need as much money since...doh...there would be less children.

LA get power from the Hover dam cut off their power supply and let them live in a darken city.

And a long, hot summer, without their A/C. THAT will get their attention.

Memo to L.A. City Government:

You are hereby urged to sever all ties to Mexico, as their immigration enforcement policies are deeply racist. For example, Mexican immigration law requires:

-Immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;

-Foreign visitors must not violate their visa status;

-Foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;

-Foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;

-Foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;

-Those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.

Those in the “undocumented community” are afforded no discernible basic human rights, though their presence within Mexico is driven by a simple desire to contribute to the Mexican economy, care for their families, make better lives for themselves and participate in the political process by assembling peaceably by the hundreds of thousands, demanding special rights in return for not murdering local citizens. These honorable, albeit undocumented workers are not even allowed the opportunity to vote for the candidate of their choice. Contrast this with the “one-alien, three-vote” policy currently in use in Los Angeles, and it can be plainly seen the undocumented community in Mexico is clearly and blatantly oppressed.

That a progressive, multicultural, forward-thinking Los Angeles would maintain cultural ties with such an abjectly racist state as Mexico is nothing short of reprehensible.

Actually I believe AZ gets most of its fruit from Mexico rather than CA.

That's Racist! /s

Let's see, the city of LA has major business dealings with the most heinous dictatorship on Planet Earth, the Red Chinese Communists.

The Port at Long Beach, for example.

Funny how they have no problem with mass murdering Communists, but for the first time in American history, pass trade embargoes against another American state.

Gosh, ain't it fun being ruled by Mexicans?

"They have fruit inspection stations on them, that could easily be turned into citizenship inspection stations."

They are unofficially used for that. The Interstate 10 crossing usually has at least one Border Patrol vehicle there. In April we crossed they had a big presence there. Several vehicles including a bus.

If all Arizonians boycotted California, the beach cities would suffer alot more in lost revenue from May - September!
This year, my husband and I are trading our timeshare for: Massachusetts! Congratulations for kicking the ‘ol Ted Kennedy seat over to the Republican side - we’ll spend our hard earned dollars there! So, celebrate in Arizona folks - even when it’s hot in Phoenix, Lake Powell is a beautiful place and the Grand Canyon is one of the 7 wonders - come see and spend your tax money HERE!

I got to believe most of this boycott talk, is just talk, referring to trips and conferences that might be taken rather than scheduled events in jeopardy of cancellation. Really, how many schedule events in Az during the hottest months ?
