President Obama is subverting the Supreme Court. His latest pick for the high court, Solicitor General Elena Kagan, is a radical leftist who would rubber-stamp Mr. Obama's transformative socialist agenda. She is not an independent, serious nominee, but an Obama ideological clone.
The Supreme Court is the nation's highest legal body. It represents the apex of a separate branch of government designed to serve as a pivotal check and balance against the executive and legislative branches. A functioning democracy based on the rule of law depends upon an independent judiciary - especially, a Supreme Court immune from the corrosive grasp of political power.

She admits she idolizes 0 and what do you do to an idol - serve, submit and adore.
This is a life time appointment. She doesn't get or care that the constitution is there to protect "we the people" from the government.
Good article - it sums up all of her ideological and ethical shortcomings (her tolerance of leftwing plagiarism I find particularly upsetting, for some reason) and presents excellent reasons why she shouldn’t be accepted. And the author is absolutely right about the overall point, which is that Obama is trying to do exactly what any tyrant does when he gets near his country’s supreme judicial body.
I just can’t believe that any republicans would accept someone for the Supreme Court who BROKE THE LAW when she refused to let military recruiters on Harvard campus.
It’s one thing to have a tax cheat for treasury sec - quite another thing to have someone who thinks SHE IS ABOVE THE LAW appointed to SC

If history is any example, it will be Obama himself who
takes out any opposition, in the legislative OR judicial
branch.
