The joint lawsuit led by Florida and now grouping 20 states was filed on March 23 by mostly Republican attorneys general.
It claims the sweeping reform of the $2.5 trillion U.S. healthcare system, pushed through by Democrats in the U.S. Congress after months of bitter partisan wrangling, violates state government rights in the U.S. Constitution and will force massive new spending on hard-pressed state governments.
Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum, who is seeking the Republican nomination to run for Florida governor, told a news conference in Tampa an amended version of the lawsuit was filed on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.

This DeathCare bill, IMO, is Holocaust II brought to you by the Fuhrer and his Gestapo in the US Congress.
Here is a link to the Amendment:
“...Florida, Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana,
Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, South Carolina,
South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Washington...
...Virginia, has filed a separate suit...”

The list is missing some that I would hope to see...
states like Oklahoma, Tennessee, Montana, and Wyoming...
Can individuals join the suit?

Unfortunately, Oklahoma has a dem gov. At least for now.
However, OK has passed legislation to exempt us from the fed mandate. It’s my understanding we will be voting on that in November.
TENN DEMWIT AG won’t bring a suit. And our DEMWIT term limited governor won’t push him either. Legislature is going around him, but it is a slower process. GOP barely controls the Legislature.
56% favor repeal, 63% says it will cost more:

There is also a class action suit being filed by individuals - reportedly has some 30,000 people signed on. Information available at Obamacareclassaction.com. Has a 5/31 deadline. Article includes pic of Ann Coulter so she may be somehow involved.
Go to Obamacareclassaction.com for individual suit.
Thanks. I will.
Nearly half. That's a good start.
Oklahoma should have been in the 1st five to file but has a Democrat AG who is running for governor. The AG said he would file with the other states only if the legislature forced him too. It is my understanding the legislature or legislator is, or will be, filing something of its own since it wasn’t felt the Democrat AG would act aggressively in the process.
So far, over 30000 concerned Americans have joined
a Class Action Lawsuit against Obamacare.
