My dictionary, “Merriam-Websters” defines “complicity” as: “association or participation in or as if in a wrongful act;” The term need not be only associated with a crime.

Let's not split hairs. I never heard of anybody who was "complicit" in a party, a song, a dance, etc. It has to be a wrongful act, whether it's a felony or less, it doesn't really matter.

The wrongful act that Barack Obama committed was not posting a copy of his original LONG FORM birth certificate to his “Fight the Smears” website instead of the short form Certification of Live Birth; in my humble opinion, of course! ;-) I'm glad you came to this conclusion :

For over a year now I’ve been calling for the Attorney General of Hawaii, Mark L Bennett (a Republican) to simply issue a subpoena for Obama’s original birth documents and conduct a Grand Jury investigation into Obama’s eligibility.

If the Attorney General subpoenas the record, there’s no permission needed from Obama and there’s no worry that the document that is released has been forged or altered by Obama operatives. It is the cleanest way to resolve the issue, in my humble opinion!

I have no idea what Obama’s school records look like but they were obviously good enough to get him into and graduating from Harvard Law School.
Obama is obviously smart enough to not allow himself to be “swiftboated” like John Kerry was. To paraphrase: “Swiftboat us once, shame on you, swiftboat us twice, shame on me.”
